study abroad programs: short-term faculty-led programs

short-term faculty-led programs
The Center for Global Education offers Short-term, Faculty-led academic programs during the winter and summer breaks. Short-Term programs are divided into three categories: Intensive Language Programs, Faculty-led Study Tours, and International Internships.
These programs are by far our most popular. They usually last for between 2-8 weeks and offer between 3-6 credits across a variety of disciplines. All of our Short-Term Winter Programs offer 3 credits over two weeks of study, usually in early January. An applicant need not be a Mason student to take part in one of these amazing education experiences. In fact, many program participants are from other universities or members of the general public. Program participants may choose to earn credit toward their degree (most do) or simply audit. Scholarships through the Center for Global Education are available for Mason students.
